And in few years, we begin to see thousands of Nigerians emerging/becoming proud owners of their homes/buildings/houses due to this real estates investments. The reason for this is not far fetched. The reason is the emergence of Real Estate Development Companies (coupled with the enactment of anti-land grabbers laws) which have addressed the issues and challenges of Omo-oniles, and have thus, made Land/Home Ownership dreams a reality and seamless for all! So, if you are not buying real estates investments at this time or seizing the opportunity now, you may have yourself to blame in the future (10 years, 20 years ahead). Even your children and children's children will throw punches of blame at you!

More so, gone were those days when real estate investment is the sole business of the “MILLIONAIRES”. Today, it is now the business of ALL, as people with average earnings/salaries can now invest in (buy) landed properties and buildings due to the flexible payment plans/Installment options available to all.
